Poor HR Department.. Whenever the economy is bad, 第一个被拿来开刀的就是 HR Department de ppl.. =x Coz ppl dont usually see how HR policies contribute directly to the profit.. Shall not elaborate too much.. But yah, glad that i took this module and learnt alot of new things.. =]
Exam's coming in 2 weeks times.. =p lol..
